History : Ghosoun Diversified Investments Company was established by Adnan Halawa & Sons group in 2006. Our core business is real estate which originated in Kuwait back in September of 1966 by our first real estate and architectural design company (The Kuwait Engineering Bureau). Due to the company’s sincere efforts providing the latest technology and discipline work force many key governmental and private projects were awarded to our group enriching its experience and providing more strategic growth. In 1990 we relocated our HQ to Amman, Jordan and established a private real estate development company. Since then we have started developing commercial and residential complexes and introducing new concepts to Jordan’s growing real estate sector. After a decade of real estate development our growth vision has become further beyond real estate and today our investment profile involves Retail, Restaurant and I.T Software Development.

Growth strategy for the next 5 years: Our goal is to diversify into different investment verticals. We would like to accomplish this by teaming up with leading companies in each investment sector. For the next 5 years we would like to focus on restaurant, retail and real estate development businesses through out the Middle East and the GCC region.
